Xavier Lebée

An architect in a previous life, Xavier has always had a secret life as a sculptor. His collections of door handles and matching accessories are at a cross-road between these two talents: the technical understanding of functional products, the beauty of textures and materials, and the inspiration for designing handles that fit naturally into one’s hand.

 

Working primarily with bronze, Xavier’s collections vary from the pared-down Formes collection to the intricate Alhambra. Versailles, the fruit of his latest collaboration with Marie-Véronique Swannell, is show-cased for the first time on this website.
